• to define eligibility for funding based on geographic location
• to provide opportunity for the Funding Administrator to contact the User when an enquiry is generated
• to provide opportunities for the Council to contact the user in connection with funding support services where permission is given
• to collate a copy of email enquiries made to the Funding Administrator allowing the Council to support and manage funding enquiries
• to generate aggregated and anonymous data to provide statistical information on:
  • site traffic
  • profiles of users (collected through choices made in funding search facility).

Aggregated and anonymous statistical information is generated by Idox as a commitment to helping the Council demonstrate Best Value, better understand the activities of and enhance rapport with individuals in the area the Council services.
