A business event is being held in Derby to discuss developments in finance for growth businesses and to encourage the stimulation of growth in the region.

The free event is for entrepreneurs, new and established small businesses, angel investors and business support services at the Holiday Inn Derby on 17 May 2012 to hear about developments in finance for growth businesses, to network and to stimulate growth in the region.

Two businesses that have received support will discuss their experiences from seeking investment to building an expanding company.

A panel of private investors, fund managers and financial specialists will answer questions and there will be the chance to network.
