Following the success of Eco-Fair 2011 held at Huddersfield University, this year's Eco-Fair, the largest environmental event in the north of England, takes places on 1 May 2012 at Leeds United's Elland Road stadium.

Sponsored by CO2Sense, this year's event will focus on real business issues and best practice case studies, with key themes including waste, energy, greener buildings and strategy.

The 2012 event features a wide array of exhibitors from local waste, lighting, high efficiency motor, renewable energy, compressed air, heating, heat recovery, pollution prevention, and many other companies who can help businesses reduce their environmental impact, save money and comply with environmental legislation.

Eco-Fair participants will have the opportunity to:

• attend more than 50 free briefings and hear from a wide range of speakers,
• visit 100 exhibition stands, introducing them to innovative environmental products and services, and
• network with over 1,000 like-minded delegates.

Speakers confirmed to date include Yorkshire Water, CO2Sense, Marshalls, Leeds University, PDM, the Green Building Store, Ploughcroft Solar and Bradford University. Event partners include Business in the Community (BITC), the Environment Agency and the West Yorkshire Travel Plan Network.

Places are available on a first come, first served basis.
